If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased from our website, we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as we possibly can!
Please, follow these guidelines to enable us to deal with your issue efficiently.
In the case of faults with electrical toys, please double check all instructions and, where possible, seek advice from the manufacturers help line number if one is given on the box or in the product’s documentation.
Before posting any goods back to us, you must telephone or e-mail us to obtain a returns authorisation.
Genuinely faulty goods will be refunded, substituted or replaced as required. Please ensure that all parts of the product (including packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions) are present.
Return postage note: When you contact us for the returns authorisation, we will send you a freepost label to return the item without charge, arrange a courier to collect the item, request that you drop the item at a collection point or negotiate other return postage options. If you do not follow these guidelines, we will not be in the position to refund any expenses you incur.
Please place a written explanation of the faults with the receipt (printed order confirmation), your name, address and telephone number within the package.
Refunds will not be given for products, which have been damaged by misuse.
Our maximum refund will not exceed the total price paid for the goods. We will not refund return postage if you choose not to use our return postage options.
Any faulty products must be returned within a reasonable length of time after purchase.
All faulty returns will be examined and must exhibit a genuine fault. Items returned that do not have a genuine fault or that have been damaged in order to claim a fault will be either returned to you OR if not faulty refunded less the Royal Mail cost of return.
If the goods you wish to return are Non-Faulty, you must notify us of your intention to return them within 14 days after placing your order. If 14 days have gone by since you placed your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same mint condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with all components, labels, leaflets and instructions, with all factory sealed bags/liners still sealed. If the product has been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will refuse or reduce the refund accordingly.
We will authorise the refund on receipt and inspection of the product at our store, which must be within 21 days after placing your order.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our store, so please obtain proof of posting with the mandatory tracking and signature upon delivery.
If all of the above conditions are met, we will accept a return at your expense and give you a refund for the goods value when we receive and examine the goods. Please remember, that return postage for Non-Faulty items is not refundable.
