If you live in York you can collect your toys and gifts from our shop on 9 Museum Street (opposite the entrance to Museum Gardens) the same working day after your order has been confirmed (choose "Collection in Store" as the delivery method during Checkout).

Standard UK Delivery (2-5 working days) - £3.99
Express UK Delivery (1-2 working days) - £9.99
International Delivery - cost and lead times depend on the destination country. We estimate that on average the cost will be £15.00, but it may go either up or down. Please contact us preferably before placing your order to get the exact quote for the delivery to your country. Alternatively you can pay £15 on placing your order and we will either refund you or request an additional payment upon processing the order.
Please note that all Orders over £50 qualify for free Standard UK Delivery!
Once we receive the payment and confirm your order, it will be dispatched on the same or next working day. This excludes weekends and Bank holidays.
Always check your items before signing for them. Cartons suspected of damage in transit must be signed `damaged` on receipt. If the goods are damaged (not the packaging), please reject the delivery or sign `goods damaged in transit` within the signature field and contact us by telephone and in writing within 24 hours.
Items should be delivered within stated delivery time, but this is not guaranteed. If you don't receive your order or have any enquiries, please contact us and we will track the parcel for you.
Please provide your address correctly, please double check your address details when placing the order. Any goods being returned to us due to incorrect address or a calling card left and no re-delivery arranged will incur a further cost to redeliver.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order promptly, delivery is provided by Royal Mail or a number of Courier Service Providers and delays do sometimes occur.
Due to the way the post works, the Post Office will not accept that a package has gone missing until 14 days minimum after posting. Sometimes this is extended to 4 weeks. During this period our hands are tied and we must simply wait, as "lost" packages are often redelivered or returned to sender during this time.
In the event that you feel that your parcel is missing, you have checked with neighbours and the sorting office, and no trace can be found of the package, please contact us and we will look into it. If it appears that the package has been lost in transit we will send a document for you to sign to confirm that you have not received the package, and once we receive this back from you a duplicate order will be dispatched. If a refund, rather than a replacement, is required, we must wait until the post office have completed their investigation, after which we will credit the value of any lost goods to your Credit/Debit Card / Paypal Account.
